Main features
Check-in with a QR code
You can check-in a member using the QR code from the FitCrowd mobile app. The system displays the member’s profile with all the relevant information, including their membership status.
Members reports
You have a real-time overview of all sold memberships, expiring subscriptions, unpaid memberships, or any other data you are interested in.
Fitness classes management
Set an unlimited number of classes, schedule the day & hour they begin, assign a trainer for your clients, and extend these settings for a desired number of weeks.
Trainers management
Insert an unlimited number of trainers, manage their data and their accreditations, create a profile for them by adding the trainer’s background or motto.
Automatic Group Fitness schedule
The Group Fitness schedule is created automatically, based on the classes you set up. The schedule can be displayed by day or by week, with all class info, and it can be extended up to a specific date. Update and remove any class straight from the schedule with just one click. You can access the history of classes at any time.
Class bookings
Your members can book their favorite Group Fitness classes quickly. You can set up waiting lists for them if clients who can no longer participate in a class cancel their booking.
Simplified Personal Training
Trainers can log their sessions directly into the software and track in real-time all their PT sessions. Their activity reports can be exported for monthly closings. Every trainer can check their client list and see how many unused PT sessions are left from each of them.
Sell memberships online
Your members can buy their memberships online, straight from the app, using their bank card so members can renew their membership in seconds.
Presentation website for your gym
Promote your business with our tools. We automatically generate a presentation website for your gym that will contain information such as an About us page, schedule, trainers, classes, memberships, locations, contact. All of that information can be configured in the admin portal.
Mobile app for members
We provide a mobile app (Android & iOS) completely free, specially designed for your members. They can use it to book classes, check up on their membership, do cancelations, and read more about classes or training sessions info. Users can also use the app for check-ins or online membership payments through the FitCrowd app.
Notification system
The FitCrowd app uses push notifications to inform members about their membership expiration date, class appointments, or general information sent by the gym administrator.
Dedicated profiles for trainers and instructors
Personal trainers and class instructors have dedicated profiles in the portal, and they can access sections that are connected to their activity.
Detailed reports
You can check up on your gym at any moment. With just one click of a button you can view memberships sales stats, number of checkins and so on.
All invoices in one place
Access easily all invoices generated when memberships were purchased online or at the gym reception. Use your registration number so you can record all your invoices.
Members import
We will help you import your existing clients from other apps, or you can import them if you have all your members data in a CSV file.
Multi-Location Management
You can set up gyms in different locations, and manage all of them from the same FitCrowd account.
